These terms apply when you use the Nurse Travelers website or mobile app. By using either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Nurse Travelers is, and isn't
Nurse Travelers is a job marketplace. We gather travel nursing jobs in one place and show the details side by side. We are not a staffing agency or an employer. We don't hire, place or represent nurses, negotiate pay, or take part in any agreement between you and an agency or facility. When you apply, you apply directly with the agency or employer, and your relationship is with them.
Job information
- Jobs come from staffing agencies, job sites and public sources. We work to keep them accurate and current, but we don't control them, and a job may be filled, changed or listed with mistakes.
- Pay is shown as the source states it, or it's clearly marked as an estimate. Always confirm the full pay package, schedule, housing and other details with the recruiter before you accept a job.
- Listing a job doesn't mean we recommend the agency, the facility or the job.
Estimates and general information
Take-home pay, stipend limits, license and compact information, guides and pay-by-state figures are general information to help you compare. They aren't tax, legal, financial or licensing advice. Stipends are tax-free only if you keep a qualifying tax home, so talk to a tax professional about your situation, and check licensing rules with the state board of nursing.
Other websites
Job links take you to agency and job-site pages that we don't run. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep access to your email secure, since it's how you sign in.
- An account is for one person. You're responsible for what happens under it.
- You can delete your account on the website or in the app at any time. See our privacy policy for what that removes.
Fair use
Please don't:
- Copy job listings or other content from Nurse Travelers in bulk, or use bots or scrapers on the site or app.
- Try to get into accounts, data or systems that aren't yours, or disrupt the service.
- Use the service to send spam, mislead others, or break the law.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Our content
The Nurse Travelers name, design, guides and other content we create belong to us. Job listings belong to the agencies and sources that posted them.
No guarantees
We provide the service "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that any job is accurate, still open, or right for you.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Nurse Travelers isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on job information, estimates or general information on the service. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell account holders in the app or by email. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
