Built by a nurse, for travel nurses
Nurse Travelers was started by a registered nurse with 40 years at the bedside, including travel contracts in med-surg and dialysis.
Anyone who has traveled knows the routine: a job post with no pay, three recruiter calls to learn the schedule, and a "package" that changes when the paperwork arrives. You can't compare offers when every agency tells the story differently. We think nurses deserve the facts first.
What we do
- Every schedule, every state. Not only 3x12s. Our goal is every travel nursing job in the US in one place.
- The whole package up front: weekly pay, schedule, housing, food and car on every job, before you talk to anyone.
- The same job, compared. When several agencies post the same contract, we line their offers up side by side.
- Honest numbers. Pay is shown as the agency states it, or clearly marked as an estimate. We show the federal limit for tax-free stipends in each city, and what staff nurses earn in each state, so you can tell a good offer from a lowball.
What we aren't
We're a marketplace, not a staffing agency. We don't employ you, take a cut of your pay, or sell your information to recruiters. When you find a job you like, you apply directly with the agency.
Where the jobs come from
Jobs come from staffing agencies and job sites that make their listings available to partners. We don't copy jobs from sites that forbid it. If you're an agency and want your jobs listed free, we'd love to hear from you.
